Description:
The property was a derelict pair of semi-detached houses and planning was obtained to convert the properties to a single house. Purslows specified, tendered and project managed the project for a developer client in conjunction with a new build property on the same site. The poor condition of the property meant that approximately two-thirds of the building required demolition and reconstruction. The completed property is a four bedroom family house with an open plan kitchen and dining accommodation and a separate living room and snug to the ground floor.
