The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are the UK health and safety regulations related to construction projects. We have provided the Principal Designer role (formerly CDM Co-ordinator and Planning Supervisor) to clients since the establishment of the regulations in 1994.
We act as Principal Designer when carrying out design and specification works and also act as Principal Designer or CDM Consultant to clients and other design organisations as a standalone service.
Our Principal Designers are registered with the Association for Project Safety, ensuring that health and safety is at the heart of your project.
