Purslows were instructed by a private client to design, tender and project manage a single storey extension to a three-bed detached property in Cromer. The project was designed to satisfy Permitted Development regulations, meaning Planning Permission was not required. The extension was designed to tie-in with the existing house and provided a new shower room, utility and garden room with a lantern rooflight and bi-fold doors.
